COVID-19 Travel Information


Our hearts go out to all who’ve been impacted by this unprecedented pandemic; we want you to know that the health and well-being of our travelers, will always be our first priority.

In line with the extended national lockdown, our stores have closed their doors from Friday, 27 March until Thursday, 30 April 2020. We are temporarily working from home, but don’t worry are available to offer support with any bookings or concerns via the email.

If you have a booking with us, rest assured that your trip can be postponed and rebooked without any penalty. Please email us via with details of your booking confirmation.


If You Are Away and Trying to Get Home

Many routes are now unavailable, and many airlines are operating at a reduced service, or may have suspended their service. If you’re not able to get home, please feel free to contact us, though be aware that we may not be able to help. Kindly speak make contact with the necessary embassy for further advice.

Changing Your Booking

During this very challenging time, we are trying to adapt and follow advice from airlines, hotels, local governments, regulators and travel trade bodies internationally.

Please visit to the World Health Organization (WHO) coronavirus situation reports and the South African official Coronavirus site for daily updates, and to plan your travel accordingly.
